    Goat is not bad tasting though gamy (Sp?). It helps if you use a pressure cooker as it is very low fat and gets very tough and stringy if pan fried (like most PI places do) or baked for too long.

    Hard to explain. Somewhere between chicken and pork? Maybe a very lean and somewhat gamey pork?

    I am 56 and I remember eating Hares in QLD Australia, I have never eaten Rabbit and am told that Hare has a stronger taste than the Rabbits you find in the south of Australia, my memories were of a 'gamey taste' maybe similar to Hogget if you compare it to Lamb, so assume Rabbit is not as gamey in it's taste...
