I'm sure there will be. This is a great opportunity for banks to start making more money by pushing loans and having this country work more like the West: everyone in debt, buy things they can't afford, live well above their means.

The IATF is meeting now according to the news and will give the President the recommendations tomorrow. Since tomorrow is only the 11th and the current restrictions are in place until midnight the 15th, I fully expect another 3 or 4 decisions before we get the Official, Final, this is really it decision. Of course that to is subject to change.
Yesterday Central Visayas (Cebu, Negros ORIENTAL, Bohol, Siquijor) had more new cases than Manila. And in the past the whole lot have been lumped together as if they are joined by land and treated the same. What happens in Negros Occidental should count for more than Cebu.
