We have a 3 bedroom house available for rent in a quiet subdivision in Bagacay, Dumaguete, but not immediately. Our contractor is still working on the complete renovation of the house; when finished it will look and feel like a brand-new house. While most of the work outside has been finished, the kitchen (will have a stove and hood) and bathroom are still being worked on.
The lot is 200 sqm; floor space is about 80 sqm excluding the porch and carport. We live in the same subdivision ourselves. Been here for almost 10 years, attractive immediate surroundings and very quiet (no through traffic, no streetdogs, no roosters, safe for children to play). I often say our place feels like an oasis in the city, with all necessary amenities nearby. Hypermart at 1 km, Robinson’s Mall at 2 km. The house has 3 Air conditioners, 2 split type (living and master bedroom) and 1 window type in another bedroom. There’s a covered dirty kitchen / laundry / storage area in the back.

Here are some pictures: 1. rendering of the finished house by our contractor before he started work.

My expectation is that the contractor will be done no later than by the end of November, but obviously I can't confirm a hard date until we know for sure when he's going to be done.
As an aside, we will still add a water installation (storage tank and pressure pump/tank) after the contractor has finished up because low water pressure is a persistent issue all over Dumaguete, and I am also contemplating to put a modest solar system on the roof, which would mean no more blackouts. Obviously that would require a substantial investment but maybe I will. Neither of these installations will take long to put in place or interfere with the living comfort of the house though. To the contrary, once done, the house will have decent water pressure 24/7, and no brownouts/low voltage issues.
The previous renter had internet, cable and router are still there, so should be not hard to revive the connection/subscription.

Rent is 30k a month unfurnished, or about 430 Euros / 360 Sterling / 475 USDollar, no association fees, but excluding electricity and water. Longer term preferred, minimum rental period 6 months. Two months deposit, rent is due in advance on the first of each month. No agents.

P.S. I tried creating an ad in the Showcase area, but it won't let me. If a moderator can assist with moving this there that would be nice.
