    I didn't know the man but may he RIP and condolences to his family. He was the second expat involved in yesterday's motorcycle accident.

    I read the police report today. Had the other driver Roger Gemsch lived he would have been jailed awaiting trial for Reckless Driving/Homicide and driving without a license. The report shows Fred Powell's motorbike damage to the right side. Roger's damage also to the right side shows negligence when he crossed onto Fred's lane of travel and collided killing both of them. May Fred & Roger both Rest in Peace!

    I met Fred one time but not Roger, my condolences to both and their families, but the from what is going all over town it was road rage..
