Hi mikial, Wifey has finally had a chance to create her own Rollmops "creation" after house moving/built, birthday, family dramas, christmas, NYE and my darling did extremely well. Obviously it is not Rollmops, but it got close enough for me to say "More Please My Darling" . The fish is remarkable close to the North Sea Herring texture. Next time there will be Gurken in the creation as well. Again thanks for your information.
