Skype use to be great. Since Meta took it over they have "improved" it to the point where I don't know how to use it anymore. When Meta merged Skype into their orbit many accounts were duplicated. I lost all my contacts and load. Goggling the problem, Meta gave some convoluted procedure to fix the problem. It was to difficult to implement so I surrendered. Their must be some explanation why a bright bunch like Meta couldn't or at least didn't fix the mess they created.
