My brother is hoping to start the SRRV process when he come here next week. Does anyone have a recommendation/comment on the agencies agency here. He plans to start the process here and finish it from Canada.

I used the same agency Mary Rose Baranda in 2015 at no cost to me - the fee was paid by the PRA. The operative was brilliant and when I hit a snag because of a mistake done with the money transfer she was able to sort the issue out with the PRA so I got my visa with 72 hours of applying. The operative was Maricel Aragon and if she is still working I would recommend her 100% I did this all whilst in Manila.
BTW: if NOT done in NCR, but like let's say in DVO Branch, is there still a need to trek all the way to .... remote NCR for an interview or anything? Have to go trek to some PRA office once at minimum? Tks C
