Hey, Just wondering if there are any technical divers in the region? I know that Negros Divers have a technical facility, but I'm yet unable to escape down there for a dive or two. Are there any more of us around? On a similar note, does anyone know anywhere that is able to provide 6m and 21m fills for deco cylinders? Cheers, H
