The VA (US) through VES notified me they will set up a tele-health conference, given the lock down, to perform some open medical evaluations from my disability claim. Should be interesting.
I had a teleconference with the Board of Appeals. Before I went I made a list of talking points to present to the interviewer. They appreciated it and I followed down point by point and then gave it to them. Might want to make sure you get the information to them that they might not ask. Take the time to list your points and make sure you are heard. Good Luck. BTW, I was subsequently approved, back pay and all.
