Are you living In the same city I'm living in? These people couldn't care less about doing a good job. They hope you don't come in the door cos then they got less work to do.
I've got to say it, I've lived In many places in this country, but this city takes the cake for the worst customer service and customer respect, that I have ever seen.

Generally speaking, the kiwis are very hard working ( white ones) and very pedantic about the way things are done, compared to the more "laidback" style of the aussie.

 

Well, that is another opinion. I do not share those experiences. It is perhaps not always what we see that matters but what we think (as in Epictetus: "It's not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.")
