    Can't help with a manufacturer but would advise you to shop around when buying, we saw the exact same tiles 20 x 20 rough finish (for bathroom or shower floor) light blue, 9php in Triumph and 11php in City hardware, a big difference if you have a big or multiple bathrooms.
    Also Robinsons builders have some good discounted tile deals.

    Machuca tiles made in Manila make some premium quality tiles. Hotel 1925 in Lipa City has the whole place tiled with these and they look very good.
