I went there this afternoon and I have to agree. Great food and probably the best service I've had in the Philippines. After being in this country for so long it was almost unnerving to have the owners, chef and staff be so attentive. They seem to truly care that you are enjoying your time there. Two appetizers (pumpkin soup and mackerel) two main courses (shrimp and the daily special, which was a chicken dish), 3 or 4 alcoholic beverages, 3 or 4 non-alcoholic beverages, one dessert (butterscotch). Satisfied with everything. P1900 + ~P200 tip.
I had a quick look over most of the postings here to see if there was a mention of Latinos in Valencia and there seems to be nothing said about it? Anyway was there today for for Lunch, they have an extensive menu most of which were at reasonable prices, I have eaten once before at the old place on the south highway and remember that being quite good only the décor left a lot to be desired, our 3yr old at the time was very upset the moment he walked in, in his small mind it must have looked like the house of Horrors, however the choice of colours in this new place are not so gloomy, only our now 4.5yr old said the floor is dirty, probably not the case but it is a whole mix mash of different tiles with splashes of cement here and there this could never look clean no matter how good it was washed, just to give an idea of pricing a Burger and fries is P230, 12inch Pizza 285 to 330 most Pasta dishes were around p220 and the Tiramasu was P65, SM Pilson P65, and a glass of Red Wine P90 the most expensive Bottle of wine available was around P1250 of the year 2013, he sells homemade bread a small 200grm loaf is p25. This is located just down from Blairs foods you have to enter the forecourt of Gas and Go, bear to the right and enter the dirt road at the back, it has parking for around 6 to 7 cars, overall I would give this the thumbs up.
