Just saying… I am so tired at looking at Steven Segal and Van Damm and Stallone and those type of actors. Bring me back to Steve McQueen and that ugly Russian guy with the mustache. Liam Neeson gets a pass as does anyone who appeared in one of the Godfather movies or The Departed.
Like tonight, how could they possibly think they could put Tom Cruise, all 5’8” in the role of the great mythical Jack Reacher who is said to be 6’6” and 250 lbs...

    Yeah, me too, OP.

I'm tired of movies with actors who look like they've been jacked up on roids for years. Also tired of zombie, vampire, end_of_the_world, etc type movies/mini series.

HEY HOLLYWOOD, GROW SOME IMAGINATION !!!!

My pet peeve is Tom Selleck because he is 6 foot 3 and a half and is a beefy 250 or so but he so often played the wimpy guy roles. I just watched "Her Alibi" last night and he is an embarrassment to big, macho guys everywhere.

He's great in the series BlueBloods, as the Commissioner of the NYC Police Department.

I finished 3 seasons of Shameless and imho it was the best series I have ever seen. Also 5 seasons of Breaking Bad is very good. Much better than the boring re runs on cable tv.

After watching the first episodes of 'Black Sails' and 'True Detective' I'm hooked! Seeing Woody Harrelson playing a redneck is a bit disconcerting.
