It is also a central repository for reporting sightings. The government tags the "unexplained" sightings.

If they exist and traveled here then yes they are ahead of us. Without proof that everyone can agree upon, whats to say we are not the most advanced species in the Milky-way, even with all our flaws. Without proof, it is possible. Naw that can't be, can it?

 

We humans are not flying these craft extraterrestrials are and they come from someplace in the universe where their technology is way ahead of ours. The increased UFO activity started after Oppenheimer exploded the first A-bomb. The belief is they are concerned we are going blow up this planet and kill off not only human kind but the non human biologics( ET's) living here.
One of the whistle blowers to a US Senate Oversight committee has stated than the US government and certain aerospace companies have recovered UFO craft from crash sites as far back as Roswell (Area 51) in the fifties and have been working on reverse engineering these craft.
We are not alone!
