Many stores just hire and lowball workers. After 1 week an owner picks or deems the best of the bunch to Manage! With no Management training or back ground everything is out of stock, busted, broken, and just crap all around!

I've noticed it's quite common in City Mall and Hypermart. Always do the maths before choosing. Not sure whether it's deliberately trying to mislead customers, or their maths is just grade 3.

When is a value pack of 2 items not good value ?
Answer when it costs more than buying the 2 items individually.
