Two British Labour MPs ( where should one place the apostrophe ? I failed my 11 and 13 plus ) have written to the NFL suggesting it would be a jolly good idea to change the name of the franchise deleting R******s for a more suitable handle , they suggest that R******s is racist and the dear little lambs residing in the UK may be offended seeing as gridiron is becoming more and more popular in the UK . The New Zealand rugger team may be thinking about a change too, quite so that The All B***** are clearly treading on thin ice with that label, I suggest The Very Very Dark Greys more appropriate , as for Kiwi .....I'm gagging with indignation ! Black Caps and I'm apoplectic ! Whilst I have no further comment to make on the above , I think it high time the Australian rugby chaps should not be referred to as Wallabies , its offensive to kangaroos who may think they are less worthy. I'm pretty sure the ex-pats here can add to the list of inappropriate names , I'm done and will return to my pit in a dark room to recover .
Is "MP" short for muppets? Must be since only one of those would think that an American NFL team would give a crap what a Brit had to say about their team name. Nobody has a right to not be offended. If you don't like it, don't watch it.
I think the whole world needs to disengage from this, "you hurt my feelings' I am a victim here" crap and move on. Far too many people think they are the ones to direct everyone else's life.
Well I'm upset that people have "moved on already" after the Starbucks "attack" on Christianity.
