    I am looking for well drillers for drilling near Basay. I prefer a driller that has horizontal drilling capabilities. Any one know of a company that fits the bill.

    Maybe you can go to the local water utility building and ask for a recommendation there. My gf has family down there, I can ask her if she knows anyone....but I wouldn't personally vouch for any recommendation.

    From our experienced, in dumaguete they are the only one professional drillers with heavy equipments and crane. You may ask them about horizontal drilling i guess they can help you...
