    Rumor has it the Weesam Express from Cebu to Ormoc had a major problem this afternoon, can't find anything about it on the news yet.

    I post rumors and define them as rumors when I feel there is merit to the story. Obviously this story had merit.

    Actually it was a fact even when it was a rumor, we just did not yet know it as fact.
