WHY AM I NOT SUPRISED, I do not know how you could handle the distribution of funds to any country that has a disaster and needs urgent funds, but something must be done it happens far to often . A world governing body that moves in and takes over control of all over seas help , it pisses me off that some people stand to get fat off someone else misfortune cheers
We used to have, such a world wide Body, it was called THE RED CROSS, what ever happened to this body, that served us all so well, during 2 world wars. and so much more? And for that matter, just what use, is the United Nations, are they doing anything or what can they do, about all this? responsibility must be met somewhere, certainly though, Not in Manila JP
Big Smiling faces Can you imagine how big of smiles there are on the corrupt politician faces when the US military re-enters the area, and starts spending money on a consistent basis. Not from the security issue from the personal wealth gain issue, enough money for the politicians to leave the Philippines when thing get hot here.
