I was in Lee Plaza earlier this month and saw some stands on floor 1 1/4 (first set of steps from the main entrance) that had some nice headphones for sale. Noise canceling....not sure, but for the price they wanted they had sure the heck better have been. If all else fails try eBay (the Philippines site).
They do COD but they might want to steer over on credit card prepayment. I can imagine how many times people ordered things, to just, when they show up, suddenly be out of money.
They do outside Manila too. I just ordered some battery packs to Santander which is about the same travelling distance as Bayawan. They use 2GO COD service and they are available nation wide.
Well, I think you don't understand. I have not commented on their credit card policy. Just mentioned there is an alternative payment method. If you check their FAQ FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions of Lazada Philippines | Lazada.com.ph it says they offer free shipping nation wide on orders over 1000p. The COD payments method mention no limitation outside metro Manila. To add to this, I have used it myself. The stuff was delivered within a week, and I paid the exact amount of the product, with no addition for anything (like outside city delivery, courier surcharge or anything else they might come up with).
That's all good. What I tried to do was to mention there is an alternative which is risk free, as you don't pay anything until the stuff shows up at your doorstep.
Did you btw read their FAQ before placing the order? FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions of Lazada Philippines | Lazada.com.ph As I understand it you used your card to order a laptop in someone else's name, which is the same a using someone else's credit card (there is no way they can tell if it's really you placing an order to someone else, or someone else using your card to place an order for themselves).
