When i went to get my license renewed same story.. have to wait ,, they had the cards etc but did not have the ink for the printer??? I guess it is too difficult to order 5000 cards, 5000 photo's, and enough ink for 5000 or i guess thats too complicated so we get the out of stock syndrome,, O-|

Well this went beyond ridiculous and into the humorous side. After checking back several times to see if they had my permanent plastic card ready, I finally got it today. It only took 4 weeks. BUT they still had my old address on the new card. So I pointed out the error. Pointed out that I had paid the 100 pesos for an address change and pointed out that they had put the new (correct) address on my temporary paper.

"No problem, just have a seat".

4 MINUTES later they had a new plastic card printed up for me with the correct address on it. Time for a *face palm*

 

You mean they didn't charge you to correct the address? Amazing!

ok yipeeeeeee I got my licence, this was the forth time I went in to collect it, applied April 21, they still could not find my licence that was to be printed in Manila, so they printed one right in front of me, yep correct address. wounders will never cease.
