How many minds have to be changed? Getting the whole world to change is impossible... I tried with the citizens of Dumaguete for a day when I arrived and gave up. My questions is, what percentage of any population would have to change their thinking to make a change? It could be a very small percentage. Any thoughts?
Fine, we all get together and turn things around, and then the next dinosaur killer wipes us out anyway. We need to get off this rock if as a species we want to exist forever. Any sweeping movement that builds power is going to need a leader and generally that leader is going to be someone seeking power for it's own sake. The question is what precisely am I being offered to change masters? Really the answer doesn't matter, they don't actually have any money to pay me with that they did not pick from my own or others like me, pockets.

Sounds more like invasion of the body snatchers. Luckily, I don't have to worry too much about environmental body snatchers in the Philippines, the natives seem particularly resistant.
