20ft tilt tray truck in Dumaguete

I have been told that there is a 20ft tilt tray tow truck in Dumaguete, has any one seen it? and know the business name of who is running it?

Try looking at car sales yards just by the airport, have seen a tilt truck there, not sure about the size.

this is another option, truck with Hyab / crane or as they call them here boom truck, my gross weight (all in all) is only 4 tons
