    Just a timely reminder Guys and Gals, that Thursday the 12 th of June is Philippine Independence day, This means a National Holiday and therefore the BOI, will be Closed.

    Wow THANKS..... Was thinking about going to Cebu to renew my 5 year I card Thursday. Do you know if they are open Friday?

    You also may consider checking of they are in the same location before going, I saw a post the other day they had moved to some new office in a mall,can't remember which one though.

    In our several hundred trips to Cebu and back, we have learned that we never want to be leaving Cebu for Dumaguete on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, especially anywhere near a holiday or event.

    Your mileage may vary.

    I would also suggest not trying to come from Cebu to Dumaguete the day before Silliman and the other colleges open here. I tried it last Sunday: very crowded with very large quantity of baggage.

    Sounds like a good idea, I should just drink a few SMB's because that's not important, then plan on the trip next week.:dnr::cool:
