Our sincere Condolences at the loss of your brother in law...please extend them to his wife for us.
I'm a bit shocked, as we go to Tanjay several times a week and I've always felt very safe and comfortable there. Your 'gut' feeling may have merit.
As to the wearing of the masks...I can see why the folks who drive scooters and / or work as habal-habal drivers wear them. The dirt, small stones, flying crap in the air.....but I also feel that perhaps they should be removed when not driving. Again, Tony, my wife and I are sorry for your family's loss.
