I'll vouch for Lostgrigo, I have known him for years and he has been a member of this forum for a long time. I think he just forgets that he has been a member here before.

I'll pass him the info and personally "handle" him if he causes any trouble.

No need to wish for the guy to fall on his @ss financially. Everyone who has had their hands on that location has done that. History will repeat itself.

 

I'm not so sure that you vouching for someone is a positive thing in their minds, maybe you should ask Fred's permission to vouch for him first!



Nobody that has ever touched that place left with anywhere near what they put in it. I don't look for that to change now, especially given the start.

I think this thread has run its course. It's clear the people who have an interest in it have said their piece and will continue in the barrio. For everyone else, it just minor comments. But overall it could be a sensitive subject as discussed in the other thread. Consider moving this thread to the barrio as well.
