I am not sure if jimeve was being funny or serious but there are indeed different rules for gays and straights here. Example, I tried to swim in a resort pool with a white T Shirt on (to hide an embarrassing skin blemish) and the owner told me to get out. I told him the gay guys were all wearing shirts and he said "We tolerate the gays but you look like a regular guy so you have to follow our rules). As to your question, I have not seen any male students (other than gays) with long hair wandering around Silliman. In fact, depending on the courses you take (criminology comes to mind) they may make you get a military cut. But this is just my observation. You may want to inquire at the University if that is important to you.
Shouldn't see a problem if it was a wig , you could just attend there bald , I note on your profile for location it say's "in your closet" , maybe I should check , .........whoops , yep , there you are !
