    NORECO-II Advisory:
    There will be a scheduled power service interruption on July 27, 2014, Sunday, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
    Areas affected are from Tugas, Tanjay City to Amlan.
    The NORECO II team will replace and fix leaning/dilapidated poles and trim vegetation.
    Please take the necessary precautions. NORECO regrets the inconvenience.

    Wednesday morning at 1.30 am we had a very strong wind with rain here in Amlan.
    Power went out and when I went to Dumaguete at 7.30 still not restored. Came back round noon and found Noreco waiting for us.
    The top of one of our trees broke of last night, fell over the power line and caused the trouble. After we removed the tree power was restored . So next brownout I will not grumble about the inconvenience. Who knows, I may be the culprit again!
