Long story, short, it has recently gone through a change of ownership. The new owner bought himself into it, or sort of crashed himself into it. Not everyone was happy with the arrangement, but they are working through that now. I think things will work out so that everyone involved is approaching content with it. The previous owner who still lives here is looking for his next gig.
