Can anyone tell me where to find decent construction guys!

Ok I have tried asking 4 different "foremen" to give me quite for team of men to construct some simple bamboo/cement dwellings,
But they never actually turn up or the ones that did give me outrageous prices for the quotes ,

Does anyone have a good team that can actually do the work?
I'm in Dauin
