Went by what was Pasta King the other day and unless my eyes are deceiving me (possible), Pasta King is now a different restaurant? I haven't seen anything on the Forum regarding its closure. I had heard Peter wanted to retire so maybe he did.
Nope, just called them, they still answer the phone as Pasta King. They are very much still in business!! Scared me for a minute.....was there a new sign with a different name? I will have to drive by there tomorrow....
So I took a drive by there. Same sign, same staff, doors open, security guard gives a friendly wave but I did not go it. Are you sure you were not looking at the restaurant a block over?
Agreed, maybe a confusion with the New Resto, in the old AVON building building, type and corner locations can be deceptive! JP
Visited the place two days ago and spoke few words with Peter but he did not mention anything @all about to close the doors!
