I've been searching for a month to find a good snack for my boy to replace bread or pop corn and other crap they give him. I saw him pick to and eat the raisins in his breakfast cereal so I picked up a bag at the market today and he loved them and had two servings. I had a look at the nutritional value of the raisins on the internet and decided I should eat them as well, particularly before I go to the gym.

I gave up sweets such as candy bars, a few years ago and substituted dried fruits. I know when we would go grocery shopping @ ShopWise or Robinson's, a wide variety are available.Your son may like those also.

Pat, did you try Kennedy on Dried Mango? the ones from a cebu company, I find good. Apples were always, my kids favourite when they were younger. The Green, I found better but of course, more expensive. Just a thought.
