I had used it in Zanzibar before I left about 4 months ago. Extremely fast. Looks like they are hitting up the most densely populated and downtown areas. Makes sense. There is no sense in spreading that out to the poorer areas where people can't afford to use it. I think it was 1k/month, 300/7 days 50/day for the 4G. I logged actual 4g speeds as well. Pretty impressive.
