I know Mongolia has troops on this base. I know Columbia had a few helicopters out in Gazni as well. There are probably a few more that aren't on this list. Not to mention the contractors that don't officially represent their countries while in Afghanistan. I'd say 90 percent of the world has at least 1 citizen in this country. (and yeah, you did see Russia and China on that list) We gave the Taliban an option; give up your guy or we will come get him. They made their choice.
