Probably going to be looking for something cheapish around 100k but I'm not riding a d*mn scooter lol. I'm coming down from riding a Ducati Monster S4RS on the freeways of LA so I need to still somewhat feel normal. Recommendations?
There are no shortage of motorcycle dealers here. Personally, I would avoid the DU EK SAM Honda dealer. Yamaha has a good business here and you can find Kawasaki, Suzuki and others here. Good luck and enjoy the city.

I have a '06 Fireblad for sale......a bit more than 100k though. There aren't many bigger bikes you are going to pick up for under 100k. They really retain their value in the Philippines. (I'm asking 550k for my CBR, which is about what you will pay for a new one in the US.) You can pick up a used KLR for about 200k. Maybe 150k if you find someone desperate to leave the country and you can get there before the motorcycle and KLR hoarders hear about it (talking about you Gerry and Brian lol). Those bikes are perfect for the Philippines. I have two CBX 750s (old police bikes) for sale. One doesn't run and needs a lot of work, both engine and body (I'll sell that one for 40k), the other runs but is in the shop for some work right now, needs a paint job as well (I'll let that one go for 100k). I'd sell them both as a package deal for 120k.
The CBX that runs would you happen to have any pics? If not then what color is it? How is local support for maintenance on bikes such as that? I can do basic stuff but I can't crack open engines for valve jobs and cylinder work etc. I googled some pics of it and it seems pretty legit. A cafe conversion would be awesome. Yeah you aren't kidding about big bikes holding value. I've been browsing sulit and ayosdito for days now and it blows my mind that mid 90's sportbikes are selling for 6+K usd. You'd be lucky to get >5k here for any Japanese sportbike older than 5 years. The taxes they charge on bringing in personal vehicles is really great at protecting the local market it seems.
No I don't have any pictures. I would be embarrassed to even post pictures of them here if I had some. Neither are nice to look at and both require quite a bit of work (One of them a lot of work). The one that runs has a very strong engine and it sounds great. It mainly needs body work, I'm currently having a new clutch put in it and then was planning on doing some body work to it. A cafe version is exactly what I was thinking about doing to one of them. I just simply don't have the time to get them straightened out right now. I would suggest for you to buy a bike that is running first. I recommend a Yamaha YBR for your daily/city driving. It's a small on-road/off-road bike bike that does the trick and handles the slow speeds and heat in the city. Most of the bigger bikes (anything over 400cc) are going to get smoking hot driving around the city. If you are looking for a bike to fix up once you get settled in then look me up. I'd let it go for around 800 bucks (would be willing to swap as well).
KLR hoarder?? lol. I resemble that remark. Anyway the unfortunate truth is that for your 100k you get 20 to 30 year old junk in a big bike. As Dustin said, get a 125 cc cheap sit up full size bike and find a project to work on down the road. Several 400-750cc shadows and virago's are for sale at Michaels in Mactan.
