    Nothing that they shouldn't have on their website. I am just looking to put together a list of the different types of visas and what the total cost is. Once their servers come back up I should be able to get all the info I need. Appreciate the offer though.

    Usual BS no one here can ever ADMIT things are wrong, it is always someones else's fault. Of Course Their IT division is better than all others. Even when they are wrong, they still think they are Right.

    At least Brian you got some sort of Admission, They Answered you, this is a One off for me in such a short space of time after you told them about THEIR problem [​IMG]

    I have replied to Ren again...

    Ren, can you please try to open the following Page outside of the BOI on a private PC as again today I have asked 4 people to try and open it who are in Queensland/ New South Wales/ Victoria and Tasmania Australia, all have the same result as the 3x PC's in this house have; "This web page is not available"

    I have also tried opening using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Crazy Browser without luck. I could understand if I was the only one with the problem, but four others in different States here who have tried for me have the same result.

    (Tried posting a screenshot but cannot get the Photo sharing or Upload attachment things to work... I give up for today...)
