Thanks for info firefly 44 Strangely enough I am meeting a friend tomorrow who wants to tell me about cocoa beans and the benefits of it. This guy is 80 years old still rides 20 miles a day on his push bike and can walk the legs off me! We both take "Serrapeptase" and found them beneficial for plaque in the veins and arteries. When we discover the secret of youth, will let you know. regards JB
There are some guys in Dumaguete main market who grind their own cocoa beans and think they make tablea with it, quite interesting talking to them and having a taste we were way up in the mountains last weekend with out helpers family and they had a cocoa tree, we tried the fruit or seeds which were white and quite sour but the kids loved them!
