The origional owner of the land is a canadian friend of mine and a good guy, was there with him for a few rums last night, this house n lot is a bargain and has a clean title. He is owed on the land but this can be sorted very easily. We discussed the issue last night and he may even buy it himself and rent it out! There is a great view of the mountains and very quiet out there. The builder/ owner has more than 3 m into this project.
The owner, in Hawaii just came out of surgery for a cancerous growth on one of his lungs. We know all is well so far and wait to hear more about how he is doing and what he will do now in regards to the home for sale. Thank you everyone for understanding in this situation. Roger

Hello, Thank you for the inquiry and I'm apologize for the delay in information. The owner is doing well at this time and plans to return to Dumaguete early this January after his recuperation doctors release. He is considering his options during this time.
