Didn't find anything on a quick Google search but my guess is its some type of termite.

No sweat bees in the house. It's some type of small bug that crawls from the reports I got. The nest seems to be inactive now and I don't see any of the little turds around.

Well my friend, if you are still not sure what they are, Please be careful if you decide to remove the nests. Accidents happen! Remember, you have your XMAS Bonus to Earn/Collect

I warned the land lord. They just knocked down the nest and nothing else. Benefits of renting, if the house crumbles from termites I just pack up and find another place. I did my part by letting the problem be known.

If they are on the outside of building, chances are they are in the wood already, these critters can turn a wood house into paper in a couple of years!

I warned the landlord what could happen and that the house should be sprayed/treated. Out of my hands now.....if the house becomes dangerous to live in I will just pack up and move.

The picture of that nest was taken in the spare CR and the trails were in the bedroom (which is on the other side of the house) so they are already in the house and munching away at the wooden roof joists(?).

That will cost them! And they are not easy to get rid of,pest control for one year and around 4 treatments with a cost of p10,000-20,000. They never learn
