I know the immigration rules have changed so drastically with the new court commissioner so I went to the Dumaguete office today and no one knows what the hell is going on. I plan on leaving the country within the next few weeks. She tells me "Don't forget your exit clearance" I said ok, and she says I can get it in Manila but have to wait a week or Cebu same day..Now which or either is true? Also my wife will be accomanpying me so I am assuming she needs one too? How much does this exit clearance cost. Its like North Korea trying to get out of here

I went to Cebu was fast and easy did not cost much..you have to use it right away 30 days..So get it after you get your time frame of when to leave Manila is a hassle
