    Well if they are all masked, can we be sure they are not the Soldiers relatives ?:rolleyes: OR, maybe they did a deal and will share it with the Soldiers off camera ?:smile:

    Philippines economy must be doing really well now, and getting rich if all that money can be handed out.:cool:

    I imagine much of the money that they are handing out comes from "international aid".
