The wife is on her way to Tanjay.....she texted me she just passed the scene of a shooting near the airport......at least two Filipinos down and bleeding and a gun beside at least one of them...... police are on the scene. I don't know any other information about it.
Obviously it was no-one of perceived importance because there seems to be no media reporting of the incident.....prognosis........... same sh*t, different day
Thanks for the update, but you would have to be kidding ? I for one neither speak Visaya or Tagalog or any other Phil dialog, nor have facebook account, lol maybe the other guys here are more sophisticated and educated than I am.
It appears that he isn't kidding. When I was in the military always enjoyed being on the OP-FORCES team. Always fun to not have to follow the rules and be the one setting the ambushes....and they always made sure the odds always leaned heavily to the opposition (like playing Halo on the Legendary difficulty settings, you would need 100 lives just to get to the first way point). Unfortunately we used a special kit that allowed M16s to shoot paint bullets......and man, those things hurt! During air defense training they brought in Russian Hind-Ds for op-forces piloted by some insane old crusty contractors that didn't appear to care if they lived through the training exercise (luckily they didn't shoot paint ball missiles! )
