I heard from a neighbour today ( he works in one of the Lawyers upstairs from the BOI) that there was a problem on Wednesday, Seems some guys were having a go at the Girls over this Internet Reporting. Apparently 2 or three Elderly Foreigners do not or they say they do not have internet access the The ACO was called out ( Mr Bueno) and apparently told them that is not Our Problem Now, just what will happen if this were true and someone did not have Internet access.

    Beggars belief But.................................

Have they heard of internet cafes, friends with computers, etc.? The online form is simple this year, particularly if you registered in Cebu or Manila with the 4-page document last year.

So pat,if we print out the online form with number on it do we still need the other four page form we filled out last year with pic and prints?
Did you print it all off after you filled it out? Cheers

Dave, if you took care of the 4-pager last year and registered in Cebu or Manila, you do not fill out the online 4-pager, rather follow my instructions above and enter the data for the 2015 online form and print out and bring in the 2015 registration number. Hope this helps.
Note: If you did not complete the 2014 registration, I am not sure of the process.

If you filed the AR From last year, you don't need to do the online registration 2015.
    All according to BI online.

Not quite true. You still have to fill out a simple online form, not the 4-pager from last year, and print out and bring in the registration number. What I believe we are doing is performing the data entry work so BI doesn't have to do it.

Where do you access the simple form? The one you get to if you follow the link on their website for annual reporting clearly specifies is only if you failed to comply with the 2014 form.

I posted these instructions above. The key is step 2 then print out the form. Again, this is the Dumaguete process that worked for me. I received the receipt the next day, wasn't a big deal.

    1. Given I filed the AR2014 in Cebu last year, go to http://vua.immigration.gov.ph
    2. Goto the green "Proceed to Online Coding" box and hit enter
    3. Complete the online form and hit Print and get the printed confirmation number and bring with you
    4. Bring your ACR card and passport with you
    5. Bring last year's receipt
    6. Bring the payment, not sure if PHP 310
    7. Bring a copy from your passport of your last arrival date in the Philippines
