off topic a bit A group of us aussies had lunch at the CL Bay View roof top , every one injoyed their meal and the cost, the view of duma was great, once we got the music turned down a good time was had by all
It's a hotel. Across the street from the fire station near the boulevard. Big, yellow and green, has underground parking. There is a view deck/bar at the top of the hotel. When I went I was not impressed with the food and it was crowded but it was very cheap. It's been over a year since I've been though.
I think there is a location in Bayawan also. I have been told it was the best place in town to eat but never had the experience. It also has a roof top garden.
yes dave we stay there in bayawan they have a roof top very much the same as here, when we left 3 years ago it was the best place to eat , there is a new hotel and a few new restraurants there now. We were lucky yesterday it was cool and not busy i was surprised how good the food was as i was warned not to expect to much new cooks maybe. cheers
The one in bayawan is good clean and cheap rooms with internet and cable tv, the only thing I was not impressed with was the food, the free breakfast was good though! Will recommend pepe's bar on the boulevard was the best place to eat.
OK..After reading about this place..... I thought it might be nice to take My woman there as sort of a surprise for lunch...Was really surprised at the view ... outstanding........ Elevator trip up...... Made me think of Vegas....Very clean.... good service.... Bartender made me a White Russian 130p .... was good..... had a Bacon Cheese Burger 100p... quite good...and she had Liempo with the crusty skin (Chimmy Changa)...bill was 480P with her Mango shake...Was really cool....They have a stage there but I don't know (did not ask) if they have live band there....Will hit it again...
