Looking For Live-in Helper !

Don't normally like to Bump things but here can I just BUMP Please


Good Morning All, As the Title Suggests, We need Help. Our 15 year Old daughter has
decided she gets better fed at Home than at Lola's, So with an Additional Body here 24/7 now things are getting Tough on Azon. (Teenage Daughters being just That ) I have put this out among Friends here on DI but have not Drawn any Luck So far.
I come to you my Friends to see if anyone can help or Point us in the Right Direction.
OK, so we are Looking For. A Female, Single NO Kids and no incumbent Boyfriend. High School Graduate minimum, 18 to 35 years old.( Ability to ride a M/C would be Good as well as maybe, speak a little English but this will not be a bar.)
She can expect all the Usual trimmings Own Room (4 x 4 mts) All new Furniture, All Found (Live as one of the family) 2000p per Month for 3 months then up to 2500 thereafter with revues at regular points. [Other requirements taken care of]
There is Wi-Fi that can be used in her own time only.
Work times will be sorted when we see her but as with these things it will be an Early Start, 6 days a Week. Day off to be arranged but Azon is always open to discuss things.

Work Schedule would be in the main as per the Normal expectations. The House is Quite Large (Well 140 mtrs)
But is Open Plan and when up to scratch will be fairly easy to keep Clean

Cleaning, Washing A little garden and Yard Tidying, New House so Things will get better ( A little messy just now as we still have the Painters here.) Some Cooking but this would be mainly Breakfasts and Snack stuff and Preparation for Evening Meals. again Azon will discuss this ( We are not Looking for a Gourmet Chef)
We Don't want Local to Junob so Valencia/ Sibulan area or South, Bacong etc based Girls will be Looked on Favorably.
If anyone has or knows Girls from the Deeper Province that would like to Come to live and Work in Junob ( For a Fantastic Little Family, Foreigner Husband is a little Loopy as you all know) then
Please let me know and we can get Phone numbers etc later.

OH! OH! Nearly Forgot, Must Like Dogs.

Guys and Gals, this is a Heart searching Request as I am getting a little Worried that it is getting all too much for my Wonderful Wife Who has a Full time Job and feel it IS time to get this help ASAP

Just as an Afterthought, I sat and said to my self, maybe a few Photos would be good so any Young ladies can see what is what. There is Furniture in Rooms now but have not updated the Album but for the general thing they were Good enough!

Jack, I have an outline of a helpers responsibility on a room by room basis. It also tells the term of employee, amount to be paid, when etc. I will be happy to send it to you if you want to have a copy. I always found it out after 45 years of employees you can not have too much documentation. It is in English, It is in "Word" so it can be modified to your own specifications. Just send me a PM and email address to send it to... (anyone else is welcome also) It is a good boiler plate of things to do. Jack you may want to trade "cats" for "dog" on outline
