    Two whole days of training, so how much do the other get? I am not sure I have ever seen a ticket given in Dumaguete.

    I was about to get a parking ticket once here by stopping in front of the old Almar Hotel to run in and get a bottle of wine for a birthday party i was going to.. just as i was getting in my car a cop appeared and said wrong parking,, never mind there were at least 5 other cars there.. and my wife was inside my car with the engine running,,, we argued for several minutes and i kept telling him to give me a ticket,, finally he got his ticket book out and asked to borrow a pen,, i laughed in his face and drove away...
