    Thanks for introducing me to this forum. I am getting some good info. Just saw a nice house 3 br. 2 bath lovely home furnished for 15k pesos, is this the norm there, soglunds like a good place. How w
    ould gf go as she only speaks Tagalog, English of course, but not Visayan? I am very impressed.

    My Pleasure Mogo, Glad you are finding your way around the Site. The house you mention sounds good, the price is about right, you could maybe do better but I doubt it, I have never heard of the place you say, have you got that right? soglunds i wonder this is a Typo on Sounds?

    Mogo, Some Tagalog speakers seem a little out of place to begin with but within a few days they are all talking together.
    Having no luck on the helper front which I have to Admit is worrying me a little My Wife is so very Tired maybe she (Your GF) will have some suggestions.
    Where from the PI does she hail from?
