    pilot term fly by, another plane was in the air space? I missed the class about flying, was on vacation at the beach. thanks

    When I lived in Gibraltar, we had many times been Diverted to Malaga (Spain) through Bad Weather, Sometimes they would wait an Hour or two then try again to Gib but more often than not it was a 4 hour Coach journey, What do they do here in these Circumstances? :rolleyes:

    This is most likely a mechanical issue. weather/airport not a factor. Precautionary, there is no mechanic at Dumaguete Airport, so the aircraft would be grounded in Dumaguete if it was a no fly issue. Cebu has maintenance facilities.
