Governor Roel Degamo has ordered an investigation on the jailbreak of a “high risk” suspected leader of a carnapping-robbery gang in Negros Oriental Thursday morning. The governor ordered Joselito Bito-on, warden of the Negros Oriental Detention and Rehabilitation Center, to submit immediately an incident report on the escape of Ricardo Ebasan, 44, tagged by the provincial Highway Patrol Team of the Philippine National Police as the alleged leader of the Ebasan-Dinglasa “Akyat-Bahay” (break-in)/robbery group. The NODRC is directly under the supervision of the provincial government with the governor as the provincial jailer. Bito-on and all the provincial jail personnel on duty at the time of the jailbreak will be subjected to investigation. High risk carnap-robbery gang leader escapes jail
Apparently that is exactly what he did, He walked his GF to the main gate and Slipped out in the throng of people saying their goodbyes. the Guards at Lee Plaza could have done a better job JP
I am not sure I could agree about the guards at Lee Plaza, I slipped away from one of my Gf's while walking out by the guards there at Lee Plaza and they never noticed. The prisoner may have been more interested in getting away from his GF than escaping prison... I know I have had a few GF's here I would escape to prison to get away from the GF..
JP, come to the seed exchange at on Monday March 16 at at 1:00 PM at the Andy's private gardens restaurant and we can talk. There will be some Australians there, you know the type of people you sent out of your country a long time ago and now you live with them again.... @Jack Peterson
