THE Department of Tourism (DOT) 7 welcomed the opening of the Korean Consulate Office in Cebu, saying this development will further strengthen the tourism exchange between Cebu and Korea. Koreans certainly are a different "breed" of tourist. I've heard conflicting stories about them. (As it is with almost all tourists.)
A Korean man has bought a lot adjoining my lot, there is an issue with the bounder's. He had a surveyor measure out his lot, which indicated that it was half a meter out in our favor. A few months later he had another survey which indicated it was half a meter out and we loose the half of meter. I think he might be pulling a fast one. It don't sound like much, but half a meter along 60 meters is something to be concerned about. So we will have our own survey.
